Bill Wheeler on Print Media
Bill Wheeler is printmaker producing hand-printed viscosity
collagraphs. A native of Southern California and a graduate of Otis Art Institute, his art
reflects the bright sunlight and colors of the Southwest. The Postmodernists, Wassily
Kandinsky and Paul Klee influence his work as well.
